Tomorrow we will have gym and library.\u00a0 Make sure your child wears their gym shoes and brings back their library books!<\/p>\n
If you would like to give your child a head start for the week, have them copy their spelling words into their planner today!\u00a0 That way, they will have all of the words and can even begin to practice them!<\/p>\n
Second Grade words are:<\/p>\n
hop, hope, fox, poke, cone, some, done, before, upon, open.<\/p>\n
Third Grade words are:<\/p>\n
lunch, thump, bug, such, thunder, lakes, measure, tally, characters, text.<\/p>\n
If you did not get a chance to look at your child’s NWEA scores, make sure you take a look.\u00a0 Their projected goal is computed and those are the numbers that we use for their Wildly Important Goals.\u00a0 We will discuss those numbers further during Parent\/Teacher Conferences in November.<\/p>\n
