This week is going to be a busy one!\u00a0 Monday will be Extra Recess Day.\u00a0 We will also have a late start on Wednesday.\u00a0 If your child eats breakfast at school, it will be served in the cafeteria from 9:00-9:30 am on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Thursday we will be traveling to Ann Arbor to see the stage play “Charlotte’s Web”.\u00a0 We will be leaving promptly at 9am to arrive in Ann Arbor by 10am.\u00a0 Please make sure your child gets to school on time!\u00a0 We will be back in time for lunch at school.<\/p>\n
I am taking donations for the picnic basket to be auctioned off during the School Picnic.\u00a0 The theme is “water toys”.\u00a0 Please send your donations in at any time.<\/p>\n
I still have all slots open for goodies for Ice Cream Day, Krispy Kreme Day, Lollipop Day, and Popsicle Day.\u00a0 If you are interested in sending something in, please sign up (or have your child sign for you), outside the classroom door.<\/p>\n
I will be continuing to administer the reading tests and we will have a writing common assessment this week.\u00a0 The Unit 8 Assessment for math will be coming home tomorrow.\u00a0 Please make sure your child does his\/her corrections under your guidance, on a separate sheet of paper and return to me by Friday, May 16th.<\/p>\n
