Have a parent or sibling give you a spelling test at the end of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spelling words:\u00a0<\/strong>neck, deck, check, rack, back, sick, pick, brick, stick, clock<br><strong>Rule:\u00a0<\/strong> The \u201cK\u201d\u00a0<strong>rule<\/strong>\u00a0says, &#8211;<strong>ck<\/strong>\u00a0is used after one short vowel at the end of one syllable words to spell \u201ck.\u201d This means, one syllable words that contain a short vowel and the \u201ck\u201d sound at the end will have a \u2013<strong>ck<\/strong>\u00a0to make the \u201ck\u201d sound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reading<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Read your book bag books and books on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidsa-z.com\/main\/Login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raz Kids<\/a>&nbsp;every day.&nbsp;<br><strong>You should complete at least 2 quizzes on Raz Kids everyday (10 per week).<\/strong>&nbsp;I will be able to see your quiz scores each time you take a quiz, so read carefully and look back in the book to check your answers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Math<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will begin with reviewing the lessons we have completed so far in Module 4 on\u00a0Zearn\u00a0before moving on. You should complete at least one lesson a day.\u00a0<strong>This week Lessons 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 will be due on Friday.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Writing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You should spend about 30 minutes each day working on writing each day.
