Hi Everyone,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hope all is well with you all and your family. Below are some quick fun fitness ideas for you and your families can do together to keep you moving and active while you are at home. They can be modified however you would like, but the concept is the same quick and easy with very little equipment required. Also other idea for a quick and easy activity, that is great for any age level is a scavenger hunt.\u00a0 For younger kids, they can do them in\/around their homes.\u00a0 Older kids can play against others (via cell phones) by taking pics of the things they find, as they find them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
