Just a reminder that we will be having our official Valentine’s Day party on Friday!\u00a0 It’s the perfect way to get ready for the break!<\/p>\n
I also wanted to remind parents to please check the settings on your son\/daughters social media accounts.\u00a0 I was just alerted to a very scary message sent to one of our students from someone he didn’t know.\u00a0 The message contained the mans age, where he lived, and asked the student where he lived as well.\u00a0 Thankfully we were able to instruct the student NOT to answer any questions and to NEVER meet a stranger.\u00a0 The student had all kinds of messages from people he did not know.\u00a0 Please, please please check the settings!\u00a0 On Facebook, settings should be set at “Friends Only” – and students should not be accepting friendships from anyone he\/she doesn’t know personally.<\/p>\n
