It’s unbelievable to us that Monday will be Halloween and we will have made it through another month.\u00a0 Time is flying and we are having fun!\u00a0\u00a0 Since my very first year of teaching, 19 years ago, I’ve always felt that Halloween was the time of\u00a0 year when we were finally settled, routines established, and we were in the groove of things!\u00a0 It is a good feeling!<\/p>\n
I have received all of the sheet orders, and will be going though and working on that over the weekend.\u00a0\u00a0 I will place the order next week, once everything is checked, double checked and balanced.\u00a0 They will arrive before Thanksgiving.\u00a0 Thank you so much for your support.\u00a0 We received more classroom support than ever before and it means a lot.\u00a0 We can do so much with and for the students with the profits from this fundraiser – so THANK YOU!!!<\/p>\n
One reminder about fragrances, please have students refrain from strong colognes, perfumes and lotions in the classroom, including hand sanitizers.\u00a0 \u00a0 We would like to be a fragrance free room as we do have several aversions to fragrances.\u00a0 I\u00a0personally get migraines with any strong fragrance, particularly florals.\u00a0 It makes it pretty hard to teach when you’re fighting a headache like that.\u00a0 Thank you so much for your cooperation.<\/p>\n
Also\u00a0 – we will be going to all of our regularly scheduled job sites and community sites on Monday\u00a0– no costumes!<\/p>\n
