Just a few notes this Friday…<\/p>\n
1. \u00a0Reduced Bus Fare ID’s – Earlier this week we sent home forms so that students can receive reduced bus fare when we use the SMART Bus.\u00a0 This is optional.\u00a0 Students who do not have the reduced fare will still ride the bus with us, they will just pay the regular fare of $1.00 each way.\u00a0\u00a0 We do plan on using the bus approximately once a month next year.<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0 Please look for the flyer regarding the next Parent Information Meeting on “Transitioning to Adulthood”.\u00a0 The flyer will be sent home with students today.\u00a0 This will be a very informative meeting for those that wish to learn about Community Mental Health (CMH), Social Security, Medicaid, etc. for persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0 The weekend activity scheduled for May 21st has been cancelled.\u00a0 We have 7 activities coming up within the last 20 days of school and so at this time, we feel adding another would just be overwhelming.<\/p>\n
4.\u00a0 We just\u00a0got news\u00a0that Dr. Tynan has purchased Tiger’s Tickets for us on May 25th.\u00a0 We will send more details home next week, but that usually means an extended day.\u00a0 Please plan on picking your student up from school (may not be Hype) between 4-5 p.m. that day.\u00a0 We are so excited and thankful for this opportunity!<\/p>\n
