You should have received a small information packet on the first day of school, with information about different aspects of our classroom. Please take time to read that over and feel free to ask me if you have any questions.<\/p>\n<p>We will be starting work at S.T.E.P.&#8217;s soon, as well as our Community Based Instruction trips. In addition, we have many new things planned this year, and I am excited to see them come to fruition.<\/p>\n<p>As always, I am available if you have questions or concerns. Please call the office or drop me an email (campd@dearbornschools.org) and I will get back to you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>As a quick reminder, please be sure to check your son\/daughter&#8217;s back pack for the red communication folder daily.\u00a0 The folder will contain important important paperwork and notices.\u00a0\u00a0 You should have already received photo and field trip permission slips as well as forms for free and reduced lunch.\u00a0 The folder should be returned to school every day.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, students who do not take the bus should be in school by 7:50 a.m.\u00a0 Students who are consistently late miss out on important instructional time, and are disruptive to the entire class.\u00a0 Unless there is a medical reason for students to be late (doctor&#8217;s appointment, therapy, etc.), they are expected to be here by 7:50 a.m.\u00a0\u00a0 Thank you in advance for your cooperation!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome back to the 2013-2014 school year!
