4th & 5th Grade Team Sports – After school enrichment<\/p>\n

When: 3:45 pm-4:45 pm Wednesdays (see attached schedule). Students may come to the gym after school dismissal.<\/p>\n

Where: Mr. Harvey\u2019s classroom (gymnasium)<\/p>\n

How to Sign Up: Permission slips will be passed out this week during P.E. class. Additional copies will be in the office and on my blog.<\/p>\n

Permission Slips Due: Friday, October 12th<\/p>\n

Where to Turn in Permission Slips: Blue bucket in the office.<\/p>\n

Note: I will add the students names to the list as permission slips are turned into the office.<\/p>\n
