They may use the back of the paper to write this summary.\u00a0 I would like parents to sign the form at the end of each month.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Watch D.O.G.S Kick-Off Night!\u00a0 Dads and Kids Night Event!
