I wanted to let your children and you know (just in case you haven’t checked), anytime your child sends me a google doc, I do try to comment on it. They are working so hard! Way to go!!! I may have missed a few, but be sure your children are going back and looking at their docs Thank you!!!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep the fabulous pictures coming. So many puppets—Abraham Lincoln (Marco), Ms. Johnson (Maliya), LeBron James, (David) and others. Also, some great invention drawings and displays, Legos (James), bicycles (Alexander), marshmallows (Malynn). You guys have been busy learners!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Readworks: I just posted two new assignments—Children Learning About Animals (Mr. Whisker’s Whiskers and An Adventure in Africa) Also, Design (The Paper Airplane and The Perfect Sandcastle) After reading The Paper Airplane—you may want to go onto Youtube (for folding directions) and create one or two. Send pictures if you do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continue with Module 6—on or approaching lesson 11 in your homework book and then use Zearn. Remember to keep practicing adding and subtracting 3 digit numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mystery Science: If you cannot get on using our class code—this site is free for parents, so you may want to sign up using your email. That way you will have your own login. This is a great site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complete or begin a Thank You Poster to post on Facebook or in your front window. See my last post for details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Writing: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please make a card and or write a letter to a senior citizen at The Henry Ford Village. I talked to the Program Manager and they would love to receive cards from boys and girls. Great chance to practice letter writing—they can be written to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
