Friday, May 31st—Ice Cream Social—-Fun times to be had by all! \u00a0Traditionally my class has donated a gift card plant for this highly anticipated event. \u00a0 \u00a0I provide a large flowering plant and I’ve asked the families of my students to donate a gift card to place in the plant. \u00a0If you would like to partake in this donation, please send in your graciously donated card by Thursday, May 30th. \u00a0Gift cards $5-???? are all accepted! \u00a0Thank you, thank you \u00a0in advance.<\/p>\n

Spelling: \u00a0(months of the year) \u00a0January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December. \u00a0Our sentence is: \u00a0There are twelve months in a year. \u00a0While practicing, be sure to emphasize using a capital letter at the beginning of each month.<\/p>\n
Reading: \u00a0Gathering details to improve comprehension<\/p>\n
Writing: \u00a0Letter writing—-Thank \u00a0you notes to all vendors and donators that assisted with our veterans’ project.<\/p>\n
Math: \u00a0Begin Module 7 and we will also continue to work on Module 8.<\/p>\n
Science: Ecosystems<\/p>\n
