It is hard to believe it is the last day of school. Next year, your child will be in 5th grade. <\/p>\n
Your child will receive their report card today along with a copy of their NWEA scores. The students know what goals they met and which goals they need to work on next year. There is also a supply list for 5th grade so you can shop during the sales before school begins.<\/p>\n
Over the summer, it is important that your child continues to read and practice their math. There are several ways to do this.<\/p>\n
Reading: -read on line on MYON.com. The students know their user name and
\n password.
\n -Dearborn Libraries always have a great summer reading program with
\n prizes and fun activities for the kids and it is free.<\/p>\n
Math: -Students have an account with Studyisland.com which they know the
\n password for.
\n -They also have accounts for xtramath.org for fact practice.
\n -You can also but workbooks at 4th or 5th grade levels at the dollar
\n store for your child to work on.<\/p>\n
