{"id":445,"date":"2019-05-30T14:08:53","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T18:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/bryantcounseling\/?p=445"},"modified":"2019-05-30T14:18:11","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T18:18:11","slug":"8th-grade-honors-night-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/bryantcounseling\/2019\/05\/30\/8th-grade-honors-night-2\/","title":{"rendered":"8th-grade Honors Night"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">8th-grade Honors Night\u2013 June 10<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Bryant Middle School will be hosting its annual Honor\u2019s Night for our 8th graders on June 10th from 6-8 p.m. in the Bryant gymnasium. \u00a0Each 8th grader will be allowed to bring two guests and tickets for the guests will be mailed home during the week of May 27th. Every eighth grader is invited to attend and celebrate the end of their middle school experience.<\/p>\n<p>Eighth grade students will receive their packets (containing their certificates and awards) a week before the Honor\u2019s Night. \u00a0We hand them out early for two reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Students have a chance to check their packets for accuracy. \u00a0This way we do not omit any students names during the ceremony when announcing the awards.<\/li>\n<li>Students are made aware of which awards they will be recognized for and can determine if they want to attend the Honor\u2019s Night.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In addition, 6th and 7th grade students also receive packets. \u00a0These are handed out during the school day of the last week of school.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8th-grade Honors Night\u2013 June 10 Bryant Middle School will be hosting its annual Honor\u2019s Night for our 8th graders on June 10th from 6-8 p.m. in the Bryant gymnasium. \u00a0Each 8th grader will be allowed to bring two guests and tickets for the guests will be mailed home during the week of May 27th.
