{"id":431,"date":"2019-05-21T13:43:40","date_gmt":"2019-05-21T17:43:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/bryantcounseling\/?p=431"},"modified":"2019-05-21T13:45:59","modified_gmt":"2019-05-21T17:45:59","slug":"honors-night","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/bryantcounseling\/2019\/05\/21\/honors-night\/","title":{"rendered":"Honor&#8217;s Night"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bryant will be hosting its annual Honor&#8217;s Night for our 8th graders on June 10th from 6-8 p.m. in the Bryant gymnasium.\u00a0 Each 8th grader will be allowed to bring two guests.\u00a0 Tickets will be mailed home.\u00a0 Every eighth grader is invited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eighth grade students will receive their packets (containing their certificates and awards) a week before the Honor&#8217;s Night. \u00a0We hand them out early for two reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0Students have a chance to check their packets for accuracy. \u00a0This way we do not omit any students names during the ceremony when announcing the awards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0Students are made aware of which awards they will be recognized for and can determine if they want to attend the Honor&#8217;s Night.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, 6th and 7th grade students also receive packets. \u00a0These are handed out during the school day.\u00a0 Typically during the last week of school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bryant will be hosting its annual Honor&#8217;s Night for our 8th graders on June 10th from 6-8 p.m. in the Bryant gymnasium.\u00a0 Each 8th grader will be allowed to bring two guests.\u00a0 Tickets will be mailed home.\u00a0 Every eighth grader is invited.
