Lessons must be completed until the student passes with an 85 percent pass rate.Students must read for 30 minutes a day using their reading bags. Have students recount\/retell their reading upon completion.<strong><em>&nbsp;*** If you can\u2019t access IReady There is an I ready assignment-Reading in GOOGLE Classroom<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Writing:&nbsp;<\/strong>Students must respond to a writing prompt every week through Google Classroom.<\/li><li><strong>Spelling Notebook:<\/strong>&nbsp;Choose an activity from the spelling choice board. Complete one activity each day.<\/li><li><strong>Spelling Words:&nbsp;<\/strong>alone, again, agree, comma, idea, also, bake, blow, cross, drop<\/li><li><strong>Math:&nbsp;Click PDF \u2013 complete page #: 3, 4, and 5.&nbsp;<\/strong>You can PRINT or complete the problems on a separate sheet of paper. Students must also use Zearn for math. Students must practice on Zearn for at least an hour a week. It is essential to check teacher blogs daily. School will be out for a month. It is critical that students are working productively at home in order to prevent learning loss. Here are the expectations for the next 3 weeks:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Students will be expected to use I-Ready for 45 minutes a week which will include two lessons. Go to www.dearbornschools.org<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the \u201cResources\u201d tab in the upper right hand corner, then select \u201cFor Students\u201d from the pull down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Under the \u201cUseful Links\u201d, click on the blue Clever link. Then click on \u201cLog in with Google\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. You will be prompted to enter a username and password. Your child\u2019s username is their ID number with the @dearbornschools.org following.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 EXAMPLE ONLY: 20123456@dearbornschools.org<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must enter the @dearbornschools.org part or it will not work. Your child knows or has his\/her password written.
