Welcome Back Everyone!<\/h1>\n
I am so excited to announce that we have a social emotional learning program to use here at Miller – Second Step! Our kids will learn how to make friends, manage their emotions, solve problems and deal with peer pressure.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Second Step is evidence-based and has shown to decrease problem behaviors, and promote school success, emotional regulation and a sense of safety and support. We will begin this program in our 4th and 5th grade classrooms, starting this week!<\/div>\n
