It’s Friday!!!

You all are doing a great job!!! Remember to try and get outside a bit each day in order to get some of that energy out!!

Reminder: Your Flocabulary lessons are due today!! Some of you I have returned any assignment scored less than 70% in case you would like to redo it for a higher grade.

Focus in Science should be #1) Flocabulary and #2) IXL.. Monday a new Flocabulary assignment will be given and we will follow the same routine as this week. Assigned Monday.. Due on Friday.

What Should I Do Now?

For today, you should focus on continuing with your Flocabulary lessons and IXL.. Flocabulary is due this Friday. IXL should be completed by next Wed.

Grades for Flocabulary, I will be returning any assignments that have scored less than 80% in case you would like to increase your score. If you chose not to, your score will stand as is.

IXL a goal of 80% would be great!!! If you need an IXL log sheet look on yesterday’s blog to download a copy. It is also in Google Classroom for IXL.

Just know that I look forward to seeing you all in the classroom very soon!

What Should I Do Today

Please remember to continue working on your assignment that was put into Google Classroom yesterday. The due date is this Friday!

Also, I am including IXL for Science lessons to your routines. Currently you should be working on skills

A.1, A.2, B.1, B.2, B.3, B.4, B.5, B.6 and B.7.. You will be recording your results on an IXL daily log. You can either print the one uploaded here or if unable to print, you may make one, identical to that, on a piece of paper. These will be graded at a later date.

Due date for these IXL: Wed… 3/25/2020.. New skills will be added after that date. Don’t let these pile up.

2nd Hour: You will not be required to do B.5, 6 and 7 but may try if you wish to challenge yourself. If you require help please contact Ms Saeed for Language Support and assistance. Her email is:  <saeedj@dearbornschools.org>

Google Classroom Assignment

Good Morning!!

I hope everyone is doing great! I just want to let everyone know that your 1st assignment is in Google Classroom. The Flocabulary assignments and Short Answer document is due this Friday. I realize many of you may have to share your computers with brothers/sisters. I will be adding Enrichment activities for those who may be looking for additional work to keep up your skills and knowledge. I will communicate through this blog and email to each of you!! Remember, WASH YOUR HANDS, GET PLENTY OF REST AND EAT WELL (HOT CHIPS AND TAKIS ARE NOT A FOOD GROUP)

How will we get work done?

What a crazy day we all have had! Due to our new reality for a short time, we will be doing on line classes. New adventures bring new surprises. Lets look at this as a new journey we will experience together!

As for Science, I emailed you all and let you know that we will be using Google Classroom to for our assignments. Every Monday, you will receive a new assignment that will include watching a video, practicing vocabulary, reading a short article and responding to that and taking a short quiz when you have done all the rest of the work. Also, a 2nd attachment is a Google form for you to answer the discussion questions in the video. Your answers should be based upon the information you are gathering in the video. And YES!! you must write in complete sentences. All work is assigned Monday and is due that Friday! Don’t get behind! because the next week an new assignment is coming. We will be using this assignments for our 4th quarter.

Anyone who is still missing those CER for Cocoa Collision you have until next Friday to turn them in. They are already way pass over due! Grades are due March 27th so get them in ASAP please.
