Mrs. Suarez and I are working hard to find fun ways to work out and get your heart rates up. Don&#8217;t forget to eat your fruits and veggies every day. In fact, I would love to see pictures of you eating your fruits and\/or veggies. Send them to my email: becks@dearbornschools.org.  Here is a fun easy to do work out. Do 10 of each exercise-jumping jacks, pushups, squats, crunches and jump ropes . Then do 9 of each, then 8 of each, all the way down to 1 of each.
