Kindergarten will be timed on a 1\/4 run, Grades 1-3 will be a 1\/2 mile and Grades 4-5 will be timed on the mile run. Students should be running at home to increase their endurance to help with their times. The more they run for distance&#8211;not speed&#8211;, the stronger they will become. Also,  Y5s and Kindergartners should be practicing their skipping. This is a skill that all of them should master by this year. Please help them at home with this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OF COURSE, PLEASE REMEMBER GYM SHOES ON GYM DAYS!!
