Remote Learning Plan & Expectations for our Class (Bazzi Biology)<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bazzi Biology Weekly Schedule <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Note: the times and mode of delivery have been adapted differently for each teacher depending on a common schedule that works for both students and their instructor)

What determines my grade?
<\/em><\/strong>
Your grade will be based on whether you successfully complete your weekly assignments as instructed or not and on your participation in the weekly google hangouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High School Grading Criteria COVID-19 School Shutdown<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Students received a grade for marking period 4, which ended March 6th.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be no 5th marking period grade given. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be no 6th marking period progress reports assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 6th marking period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • For each class, if a student participates in the learning, he\/she will receive credit.  The following will apply:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    • Students who do the following will earn the grade of A recorded:
      • Engage in at least 75% of the remote lessons and hangouts.<\/li>
      • Submit and earn a passing grade on at least 75% of the assignments.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Students who do the following will earn the grade of G which awards credit:
        • Engage in 60-74% of the remote lessons and hangouts.<\/li>
        • Submit and earn a passing grade on at least 60-74% of the assignments.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Students who do the following will earn the grade of N which is no credit given:
          • Engage in less than 60%  of the remote lessons and hangouts.<\/li>
          • Submit and earn a passing grade on less than 60% of the assignments.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
