Instead of emailing them to me, <strong>please use the link found at the bottom of plans pages to submit your photos and video<\/strong> check in&#8217;s.  If you sent pictures\/videos to me already, I will move them to the link!<\/li><li>I am using the Kindergarten Transition Assessment results to form plans for your child&#8217;s learning at home.  You have the huge learning advantage to customize learning to what your child needs by using that data.  If you need a copy of your child&#8217;s Kindergarten Transition Assessment, email me ASAP.  I did grab all of the kids&#8217; before I left the school- whew!
