Submit videos by April 20, 2016. Students will be evaluated on their scientific knowledge, creativity, and effective communication skills.\t\tThe top 10 finalists will participate in an exclusive summer mentorship with a 3M Scientist, and travel to 3M&#8217;s World Headquarters in St. Paul, MN this October to compete for $25,000 and the title of America&#8217;s Top Young Scientist!
