Happy Wednesday!  I know we don&#8217;t usually have specials today but try to do some physical activity and practice your recorder\/instrument.  Also, Mo Willems, the illustrator of the Elephant and Piggy books and the Pigeon books is doing a Doodle Lunch live stream everyday. He is on the Kennedy Center&#8217;s website. It starts at 1:00. We are always going to skip all Exit tickets. I want to use those when we come back. You would also do the application problem. Remember you can look back in the article to answer the questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The answers to the Ruby Bridges article are #3-C  #4-A  #5-C  #6-C  #7B   #8-B. If you did not have the correct answers, try to look back in the article to see if you understand why those are the correct answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read the next few chapters of the novel I gave you. You will have a reading response to do on google classroom.  If you have not done yesterday&#8217;s prediction response please complete that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read another one of the Articles of the Day on Readworks and write three facts you learned or relearned from the article. Please do not copy and paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spelling-<\/strong>There is a new list on Spelling city.  Please practice the words so you can become a better speller. Remember that Sarah is representing the views of the British and Loyalists, James is representing the views of Patriots, and Moses is representing the views of African-Americans at the time.
