AHHHH…Spring is finally here and we are quickly closing in on Spring Break. \u00a0Many students are going to exciting places over break and I can’t wait to hear their travel tales. \u00a0However, after break we have to shake the sand off of our toes as we have many classroom level assessments, district common assessments, and state & district required assessments. \u00a0Here is a schedule of the assessments coming up.<\/p>\n
Math- Unit 7 test on 4\/16\/15. \u00a0A study guide was sent home on 3\/31\/15.<\/p>\n
Science- Test date on 4\/17\/15. \u00a0A study guide was passed out on 3\/30\/15.<\/p>\n
Social Studies-District Common Assessment on 4\/22\/15. \u00a0Study Guide will go home on 4\/1\/15.<\/p>\n
M-Step testing-<\/p>\n
ELA- April 28 and 29<\/p>\n
Math- May 5 and 6<\/p>\n
Science- May 7<\/p>\n
These test dates are for the fourth grade only. \u00a0Different grade levels will be testing on different days.<\/p>\n

NWEA Testing will take place during the month of May. \u00a0Exact dates are\u00a0not yet available.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
During (and after) Spring Break students can get ready for the above assessments by:<\/p>\n
**studying classroom materials<\/p>\n
**using study guides<\/p>\n
**reading the textbook<\/p>\n
**practicing on Everyday Math site<\/p>\n
**working through levels on Prepdog site<\/p>\n
**reading and discussing what is read EVERYDAY with an adult- fiction AND non-fiction<\/p>\n
**practicing math facts<\/p>\n
**working through goals on Study Island<\/p>\n
**working on skills on the abcya site<\/p>\n
**watching videos and taking quizzes on Study Jams<\/p>\n
