It has many helpful sites for computer and explains that students should not take a vacation from reading and math.  It should be fun.  They do not have to complete all the math practice, but it may be fun to time them and see how much of a page can be done in 5 minutes.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Have a wonderful\nvacation with your fantastic children.&nbsp;\nWhen we return it will be computer testing time, again.&nbsp; I am including websites for practice that\nshould work.&nbsp; Readworks&nbsp; has some reading with comprehension\nquestions.&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepdog is a site that is\nsupposed to be specifically helpful to the NWEA (MAP) computer test.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I am also sending\nhome a practice <strong>folder of Sprint\npages (<\/strong>some students have addition and subtraction practice also) that\nwe have not done in school.&nbsp;&nbsp; These are\ngreat practice for what has been taught so far this year.&nbsp; If your child has trouble, please give them\nsome help with simpler problems.&nbsp; I would\nlike students to <strong>bring back the\nSprint math homework, so I can reward<\/strong> the ones that took the time to\ncomplete it.&nbsp; My intent is not to give\ntoo much, but to keep everyone in practice.&nbsp;\nPlease write a note if there was too much to do, but your child did some\nof it.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The book bag books<\/strong> should all be\nread and understood.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Students should\nmake a list of words to learn from their books.&nbsp;\nI gave some higher levels along with their reading levels because they\nwanted the challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
