While learning about value, fifth grade artists looked at the different values in black and white animal photos and tried to recreate the values they saw.<\/p>\n

They had to look carefully to try and match as many values as they could in the photo with charcoal. Doing this helped to make their drawings look more realistic.<\/p>\n
