Fifth grade artists began the year by reviewing the elements of LINE and COLOR.<\/p>\n

Each artist started by drawing a city-scape and creating patterns with lines inside of each building. \u00a0They made sure to show line variation with the types and widths of lines to add interest to their piece.<\/p>\n

Each artist created a painted paper for the background. \u00a0They used only warm or only cool colors and a variety of printing and painting methods.<\/p>\n
