GLUE, PAPER, SCISSORS:\u00a0 The Art of Collage<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Exhibition:\u00a0 February 4 \u2013 28, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n Opening Night: \u00a0Friday, February 3,\u00a0 5 \u2013 7pm<\/strong><\/p>\n Light refreshments will be served<\/strong><\/p>\n City Hall Artspace Lofts<\/strong><\/p>\n 13615 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI\u00a0 48126<\/strong><\/p>\n **Annex Building facing Maple Street<\/strong><\/p>\n Featuring local resident artists including:<\/strong><\/p>\n Megan Nicole Czerwinski,\u00a0<\/strong>Christina Evans,\u00a0<\/strong>Michelle S. Gauthier,\u00a0<\/strong>Carl George,\u00a0<\/strong>Dan Gumina,\u00a0<\/strong>Darance Holland,\u00a0<\/strong>Amy Libby,\u00a0<\/strong>Ralph Parus,\u00a0<\/strong>Kalette Shari,\u00a0<\/strong>Yolanda Taylor <\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>And featuring artwork from students\u00a0from Miller and Maples Elementary Schools\u00a0<\/strong>who will be exhibiting various collage artworks.\u00a0At Miller, Mrs. Saad\u2019s 1st grade students are creating self-portraits, 2nd graders, cityscapes, while 3rd grade students are using collage to make pizzas. At Maples Elementary, Mrs. Briggs is teaching 4th<\/sup> and 5th graders about artist\u00a0Romare Bearden. Students are creating family and home collages.
