The <\/span>\u201cRead at Home Plan\u201d<\/b> promotes engaging students and their families with reading on a daily basis. Below are the <\/span>grade-level requirements<\/b> for reading at home every day<\/span>. <\/span>We ask that you talk to your children about what they are reading each day. \n Grade Level<\/strong><\/td>\n \n \n KINDERGARTEN<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 10 – 15 minutes Monday – Friday and record the book titles (Read to Child, Read with Child, Read by Child)<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n FIRST<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 20 minutes Monday-Friday night and sign teacher provided book log.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n SECOND<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 20-25 minutes each night <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n THIRD<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 25 minutes each night <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n FOURTH<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 30 minutes each night <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n FIFTH<\/strong><\/td>\n Read 30 minutes each night <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
