Friday is a half day dismissal. We will still be having our Spelling test. Make sure to spend time studying. We are focusing on the long i spelling patterns—i with e at the end, igh, ei, ie , y. Students should also spend extra time on the content words and word of the week. These words are a little more challenging. They also need to know the definition of the word of the week. We spend time on word work activities with these words as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
