They have<br \/>\noffices at the DFT Building at 15250 Mercantile Drive,<br \/>\nDearborn, MI 48120 and can be reached at<br \/>\n313.982.3292 and\/or the DSEHP Benefit Call Center at<br \/>\n888.222.4309.<\/p>\n<p>OPEN ENROLLMENT STARTS MAY 15, 2014<\/p>\n<p>Open Enrollment for all employees starts May 15,<br \/>\n2014 and ends June 15, 2014. Every employee will<br \/>\nbe mailed a customized Open Enrollment package<br \/>\nto the address on file with Human Resources. You<br \/>\nmust respond according to the instructions in the<br \/>\npackage or your benefits will end June 30, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>MEDICAL WAIVERS<\/p>\n<p>Medical Waiver payments for 2013 &#8211; 2014 will be<br \/>\nmade on the June 13th, 2014 payday.
