Peek at the Week

  • Our story this week was, It Looked Like Spilt Milk by Charles G Shaw. This pattern book imagines all kinds of things and cloud looks like. The predicatable reading pattern makes it easy for the students to join in the reading fun, Click on the button below to enjoy the story at home with your child. We made clouds with paint, milk, and cotton balls. Reading the same stories at home helps the students make a home/school connection and allows them the chance to let you know what they have been reading all week at school
  • We also started March is Reading Month and our school wide book is Charlette’s Web by E.B. White. I adapted a book for us to enjoy this month all about Wilber the famous pig. Click on the buttom below and check it out.
  • The Unique Learning System topic for March is Weather
  • We learned about the letter T this week.
  • For math this month, we are focusing on learning about different measurements like short and tall
