Each of the candidates gave remarkable speeches.<\/p>\n<p>The students, the fourth grade teachers and Mr. Short were really impressed with the quality and character of these speeches. We are determined to find meaningful ways for all of our fourth graders to be involved with various school projects throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p>The photograph above is of Room 4&#8217;s four presidential candidates. Starting at the left is our newest student Justin, then Dylan, Yasmeen and Talia. \u00a0Justin won with the most votes. He is our class President. Yasmeen tied for second with a student from Mrs. Lahooti&#8217;s class. So we will have Co-Vice<\/p>\n<p>Presidents.
